How to use our STOCK CHILLER™ Counter Top unit

Revolutionary Cooling Systems’ new STOCK CHILLER Counter Top unit will quickly and safely chill sauces, soups, and stocks out of the “Temperature Danger Zone” in minutes versus hours using traditional cooling methods. Our rapid chilling system is easy to understand and use:

  • Place your hot soup or stock into our specially designed 2 (7.5L) or 5 gallon (18.7L) air-tight stainless steel containers
  • Then close the container lid tightly with the opening/closing tool

  • Lift the Counter Top unit's lid up

  • Place the sealed container into the chill bay and close the lid

  • Place the ice bin on top of the unit

  • Turn the unit on and then add ice into the ice bin

  • The Counter Top unit will chill from 190°F(88°C) to a SAFE 40°F(5°C)

2 gallons (7.5L) will chill in 5-6 minutes*

5 gallons (18.7L) will chill in 8-9 minutes*

* chill times may be longer for certain thicker soups/stocks and for soups/stocks with a high gelatin content  

  • After chilling the containers, they can be safely and easily stored in the refrigerator or walk-in-cooler until needed without the risk of cross-contamination with other foods. They are conveniently designed to easily stack on top of one another
