Our STOCK CHILLER Counter Top unit is meant for the kitchen that
needs to chill 35 gallons(132 L) or less per day or requires a unit
with a much smaller foot-print than our larger unit. We have two
versions:
5
gallon(18.7 L) unit, model SC02 which
will quickly and easily chill sauces, soups, and stocks from hot
190°F/88°C
to a safe and cool
40°F/5°C in 8-9
minutes*.

gallon (7.5 L) unit, model SC03 which
will quickly and easily chill sauces, soups, and stocks from hot
190°F/88°C
to a safe and cool
40°F/5°C in 5-6
minutes*.
*
chill times may be longer for certain thicker soups/stocks and for
soups/stocks with a high gelatin content
Simple to use,
just add ice, and place the sealed container into the chill bay.
After chilling, the containers can be safely and easily stored in
the refrigerator until needed without the risk of
cross-contamination.
